Syndication update/refresh cycle

Each of the major portals/syndication destinations (including IDX sites) updates on its own cycle.

Most IDX sites refresh their data from SmartMLS within 10 minutes of a listing being updated on the MLS (oftentimes more quickly).

The MLS has no influence over how frequently each site updates.
