Listing not on Zillow/Trulia

If your For Sale listing is not showing on Zillow/Trulia, please try the following:

1. Go to Add/Edit> Edit Listing Details, navigate to the Additional Info tab and make sure there is a check in the IDX Sites check box in the Display on These Websites field:
   
   
   
   
   
2. The broker of your office must also authorize syndication to IDX Sites for all listings within the office. If they have not already done so, no listings within the office will be included in the IDX feed. The office setting overrides what is selected in the listing. Meaning, even if you have selected to send your listing to IDX sites, they will not go anywhere if your office has not authorized syndication to IDX sites.
