Realtor.com does not allow or participate in direct broker feeds with any offices. Realtor.com gets all data from SmartMLS- they will not allow any other source of data.
Realtor.com does have agreements with some organizations to receive high resolution photos (higher than 1024 x 768), but 100% of the data comes from the MLS.
