Red asterisk in Saved Searches widget


While working with the Saved Searches widget on your connectMLS homepage, you may have seen a red asterisk next to one of the numbers in the Results column:




The red asterisk indicates that the number of matching properties the saved search has found has exceed the maximum number of listings allowed to be sent to the client in a single search.


Don't worry, though. You can easily adjust this threshold to a more suitable number.


Click your photo/initials in the top right corner and go to the Settings menu:




Scroll down to the My Defaults section and click Prospecting defaults:




Use the drop-down menu to the right of the Maximum number of listings sent to a client in a single search field to set your desired threshold (between 50 and 300):
