connectMLS Shortcut Toolbar

In the top right corner of every screen in connectMLS (to the right of the SmartBar) there is a group of icons that is known as the Shortcut Toolbar:

These icons are shortcuts to vital features and resources within the connectMLS system. If you hover your mouse cursor over the icons you will get a little popup window that tells you what it is.

• Transactions- quickly access your listings and transactions.
• Clients- open your connectMLS Client list.
• Prospecting- one-stop shopping for all your saved searches and auto emails.
• Favorites- access all the Favorites folders you've created.
• Partners- view all service partners you've added to Connect.
• Tax- direct link to the SmartTax public records system.
• Tools- convenient links to all of the products and resources SmartMLS provides. 
• +Workspace- open up to three concurrent instances of connectMLS (each in its own browser tab).
• Help- quick access to a plethora of self-help resources, including the connectMLS Getting Started Guide, online knowledgebase, pre-recorded video tutorials, webinars (live and on-demand) and much more!

The Shortcut Toolbar is customizable, putting you in control over which icons appear in your connectMLS system. To edit your settings, click ...More in the upper right corner and then click Edit Toolbar Shortcuts:

The menu will update and there will be a check box in front of each shortcut:

Remove the check in front of each shortcut you would like to remove from your connectMLS system. As soon as you uncheck a shortcut, the icon will immediately disappear from your Shortcut Toolbar. Additionally, the SmartBar will become a little wider with each icon that is removed.

Click Save when you're done.
