Agent's copy of auto email asks for login

 

One of the helpful features of setting up an auto email is the ability (as an agent) to receive a blind carbon copy (BCC) of all emails that are sent to the buyer.

If you open one of these BCC emails and are prompted to log in when clicking to view any of the matching properties, it is because you are not currently logged into the connectMLS system.

Just log in with your usual SmartMLS ID and password and you will be brought directly to the matching listing(s) that were also sent to your client.

If you are already logged into connectMLS when you open your BCC email, you will be brought directly to the listing(s) without having to login.
