Note: these instructions only apply to auto emails that are configured to send emails on a set schedule (daily or weekly) as opposed to as soon as new matches are found (Real-time).
When you are saving a new auto email and have chosen to send emails with matching properties on a set schedule (daily or weekly), you will see the following settings:
Select Find only matches added/updated after you click save if:
- You are cloning an existing auto email and you want to exclude all properties that currently match the criteria (you are confident the client has already seen these listings).
- You are making changes to an existing auto email (frequency, expiration date, etc.).
- You've changed the search criteria and want to find propeties that were added/updated before the last time the search ran.
Select Find all matches if:
- This is a new auto email and you want the client to see all properties that currently match the search criteria.
- You are cloning an existing auto email and want the client to see all properties that currently match the search criteria.
- You are editing an existing auto email search and want to start over and send the client all currently matching properties.
