Switch report views in the connectMLS app

When accessing the MLS from the connectMLS app, you have the ability to quickly switch from one report type to another.

There is a drop-down menu in the upper left corner that allows you switch your report view:

This menu lets you choose from a total of four reports (the one you are currently viewing plus three others). Each of the four reports has its own icon:

•   represents the System Default (List View/single line) report.
•   represents the Thumbnail report.
•   represents the Gallery report.
•   represents the Full Detail report.

Additionally, when you are on the Full Detail report, there is another drop down menu that provides access to several more reports:

This menu is divided into two sections. The top four reports are agent-facing detailed reports, while the bottom four are the client versions of those four reports.

When you see a report that has No Suppression in its title it means that all fields will appear on the report, even those fields that were left blank by the list agent. All of the other reports on the system will suppress fields that were left blank. This is done to save space and generally delivers more visually appealing reports.
