Address on listing does not match Public Record

Many times, a property that is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) has two different addresses – a tax address and a mailing or physical address. When a property like this is entered on the MLS, either address can be used on the listing.

Once a property is listed, the address can be adjusted (if need be) by going to Add/Edit> Edit Listing Details and clicking Edit Basic Listing Information (on the Contract tab):

After making any necessary changes, click the Apply Changes button in the top right corner. That closes the Basic Listing Information screen and brings you back to the Contract tab.

Make sure to click Validate for Publishing, then Publish Listing to save your changes.

Note: You DO NOT have to cancel and relist the property to make any adjustments to the address.
