There are a couple different places you can access virtual tours while viewing listings in Connect.
Before going any further, however, it is helpful to understand the differences between the virtual tour fields that you'll encounter when adding a listing:
A virtual tour will appear on the listing in the MLS if it has been added to either the Primary Virtual Tour URL for the Additional Virtual Tour URL field. Virtual Tours entered in the Branded Virtual Tour URL field do not appear in the MLS. That field is included in data feeds to IDX sites (it is up to the individual sites whether or not they choose to display these tours).
When you are on the Full Detail report, virtual tour icons will appear directly beneath the photo:
You can also access virtual tours from the Additional Info menu:
If you are on the List View (single line) report, go all the way to the right side of the screen and click the Additional Info icon :
Virtual tours will appear at the bottom of the middle column:
When your client views the listing in their Client Portal, only the Primary Virtual Tour appears at the top of the listing:
However, both virtual tours are visible by scrolling down to the Additional Info section at the bottom of the report:
