If you want to send an auto email to multiple addresses:
To send auto emails to multiple recipients, you must add an additional email address to the client that is already receiving the auto email. You cannot send an auto email to multiple clients.
Click the My Clients icon in the upper right corner of connectMLS:
Click on the name of the client you want to modify- that will open up their Dashboard.
Click Edit in the upper left corner:
Go to the Additional E-mails field and enter the additional email address to which you want the email sent:
Note: you can add multiple addresses to the Additional E-mails field (essentially setting the auto email up to go to three or more recipients) by separating the email addresses with a semicolon ( ; ):
Remember to click Save when you're done.
That will bring you back to the client's dashboard and you will see both email addresses in Client Info section in the upper left:
If you would like to force an email with a link to the Client Portal to the new email address you've just added, click the New Message link:
That will open up a new email using the System Default General Client Message Template. This email template is designed for sending a general email to a client through connectMLS:
This is how the email looks when the recipient opens it:
Clicking the link will bring them into the Portal and allow them to see what has already been sent to the original email address. Going forward, all emails from connectMLS will be sent to both email addresses automatically.

If you have set up an auto email to go to multiple recipients and need to remove one or more:
Click the My Clients icon in the upper right corner of connectMLS:
Click on the name of the client you want to modify- that will open up their Dashboard.
Click Edit in the upper left corner:
Go to the Additional E-mails field and remove the address.
Click Save when you're done.
