Search for bedroom on first floor

Our connectMLS system makes it very easy for you to find properties with a bedroom on the first floor.  The programming for this functionality is actually built right into the Bedrooms field that appears standard on the Single Family & Condo and Residential Rental.  You do not have to add any special or additional field in order to achieve your goal:

There are two different check boxes beneath the Bedrooms search fields.  Use the first one (Primary Bedroom on Main Floor) to find those properties where the main/primary bedroom is on the first floor.  If your client wants a bedroom on the first floor but is not concerned with whether or not that bedroom is the property's primary bedroom, use the Any Bedroom on Main Floor check box.
