connectMLS's Activity Log allows you to gauge the reach your listing has experienced among SmartMLS users and their clients by tracking emails, client-expressed interest (marking a property a favorite in their Portal, for instance) and other communication activity that has occurred within/through our connectMLS system.
Go to Add/Edit> View/Manage My Listing & Transactions:
Use the drop-down menu in the upper left to filter your listings by the desired status:
Once you've located the correct listing, click on its list number:
When the Transction Dashboard opens, click the Activity tab:
The center of the screen will display all of the email and Client Portal activity for this listing:
You can see the number of buyer clients who have been emailed your listing*, as well as the number of times one of those clients have marked the property with some level of interest (Favorite/Interested, Maybe or Not Interested/Rejected).
* This number only counts if the client still has the listing in their Portal. Clients have the ability to remove listings from their Portal by marking them as Not Interested.
There is also a Showing Activity section at the bottom that displays the listing's showinig statistics (if you are using ShowingTime).
