Search for Closed listings (connectMLS)

To search for listings that were sold, start off by opening a search for the desired property type (Single Family, Land, etc.).  If you would like to include multiple property types in the same search, open a Cross Property search.

Once the search screen opens, go to the Status field, remove any existing checks in the active status categories and make sure only Closed is selected:

By default, the search will include all Closed listings on the MLS regardless of when the sale occurred.

If you would like to limit your search to only those sales that occurred during a specific time period, there are two different options:

  1. Use the 2022-11-09_11-52-03.jpg fields to look back over a set number of days.  For example, enter 0-30 to find all Closed listings over the past 30 days.

  2. Use the 2022-11-09_11-53-57.jpg fields to enter a specific date range.  You can either type out the dates yourself or use the calendar icons to select the dates.

Note: you can only use one of the options at a time.  If you have entered a number of days in the first two fields and then tab to (or click within) the date fields, the number of days you entered will disappear.  The same thing happens if you've entered a date range and then click within the number of days fields.

Once you have entered your days back/time frame, click the X in the upper right of the Change Status window to continue your search.

Enter all other criteria (town, neighborhood, price, etc.) and click View Results when you are finished.  This will display all the listings that were marked closed during the specified period of time.
