Search for Adult Community (55+) in connectMLS

If you are on a Single Family & Condo search screen, scroll down until you get to the Property Info field (it is located towards the bottom of the screen):

Adult Community 55 should be the first option in the list.

This will narrow your search results to only those listings where the list agent specified that the property is part of an Adult/55 and older community.

You can also try doing a keyword search in the Remarks section for adult, 55, 55+, older, etc.  There may be instances where the list agent neglected to select Adult Community 55 from the General Property Information field but makes mention of it in the Remarks section.
