Switching between reports in connectMLS

Regardless of the report you are currently on, connectMLS provides easy access to the other system reports.

For instance. when you are on the List View (single line) report, there is a group of icons in the upper left that lets you quickly switch to a different report:

If you hover your mouse cursor over any of those icons, it will tell you what it links to:

  • 2022-03-11_9-37-34.jpg is the List View.
  • 2022-03-11_9-37-48.jpg is the Thumbnail View.
  • 2022-03-11_9-38-02.jpg is the Gallery View.
  • 2023-12-11_10-36-15.jpg is the 3-Up Comparison Report.
  • 2022-03-11_9-38-12.jpg is the Full Detail.

When you are viewing a listing in the Full Detail display, you can easily switch to a different display using the drop-down menu in the upper left:

Another feature of the Full Detail report is the Client-Friendly slider bar in the upper right corner:

When the slider is in the off position (the button is dragged to the left and the entire bar is white), you are viewing the Agent version of the report. The Agent report will be longer because it includes extra fields and sensitive information not designed for public consumption (agent/office/team information, Private Remarks, etc.).

If you click on the slider and turn the Client-friendly version on, the button will move to the right and the bar will turn orange:

You are now viewing the Client-facing version of the report, which will not include any sensitive information such as list agent/broker information, Agent/Private Remarks, etc.
